After Katrina, After Myrtle is a series of five A2 photographic prints that explore the artists inheritance of knowledge, habit and passion passed from Grandmother to Mother to Daughter.

Featuring collected plants, flowers, glassware, jewelry, junk and trinkets from the homes of the artist’s Mother and Grandmother, After Katrina, After Myrtle documents the shared interests and similarities of the three women.

Through the creation of this work the artist has explored her connection to her Mother and Grandmother and the spaces they occupy through physical souvenirs, memories and shared knowledge.

After Katrina, After Myrtle was exhibited at Geraldton Regional Art Gallery in October 2017 as part of Worldline curated by Eve York.
